This is what a 6th, 5th and 2nd grader look like...

I made a quinoa salad with beans and cucumbers, etc. tonight for dinner. Jackson wasn't too excited about it and while separating out the garbanzo beans, announced, "I just don't trust these things". To tell you the truth, there are a few foods I don't trust either, tomatoes being one.

School starts tomorrow... kinda feels like Christmas Eve (maniacal chuckle).
